Full StoryMore than 175 entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, and community supporters gathered on Tuesday evening at The Arches for CHYE Founder Circle 2026: The Mentorship Effect, celebrating thirteen years of building a community where entrepreneurs help entrepreneurs. Hosted by Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs (CHYE), the evening honored the dedicated Founder Circle members whose generosity and commitment have helped provide mentorship, education, networking, and business guidance to hundreds of aspiring and established entrepreneurs throughout the community. This year’s theme, “The Mentorship Effect,” highlighted the lasting impact that mentorship, relationships, and community support have on business success. The evening’s keynote address was delivered byHenry Stimler, Executive Managing Director at Newmark, who spoke on “The Power of Believing. ” Drawing from his remarkable business journey, Stimler shared how resilience, unwavering trust in Hashem, and the courage to persevere through challenges shaped his career and opened doors to extraordinary opportunities. His message resonated deeply with attendees, reminding entrepreneurs that success is built not only on strategy and hard work, but also on faith, character, and the relationships cultivated along the way. Following the keynote, guests participated in CHYE’s inaugural Executive Speed Mentoring Experience, where attendees met one-on-one with accomplished business leaders, includingChaim Piekarski(CA Global),Yossi Simpson(Simpson Jewelers),Avraham Lokshin(NAL Management),Danny Branover(OK Statec & Meat), andBrian Marks(Dr. Miracles & African Pride). The evening concluded with a premium networking reception featuring an open bar and buffet, creating an atmosphere where meaningful conversations, new connections, and future collaborations flourished. “Founder Circle is about much more than supporting an organization,” said RabbiYehoshua Werde, Founder and Director of CHYE. “It is about building a culture where successful entrepreneurs invest in the next generation by sharing their experience, opening doors, and helping others succeed. Seeing 175 members of our community come together to celebrate that vision was both inspiring and a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when entrepreneurs help entrepreneurs. ”For more than fourteen years, CHYE has empowered entrepreneurs through mentorship, career guidance, educational programming, and networking opportunities. The success of this year’s Founder Circle celebration reaffirmed the organization’s mission of strengthening both businesses and community by investing in people. As attendees left with new relationships, practical advice, and renewed inspiration, The Mentorship Effect was evident throughout the evening: when entrepreneurs help entrepreneurs, the entire community benefits.
