(Adair Co. ) Jotham Arber presented information to the Adair County Board of Supervisors Wednesday morning on a proposed 28E Agreement for shared public health services. Arber said the agreement would designate Guthrie County Public Health as Adair County’s public health entity for a 12-month period. The proposal also includes a six-month review to evaluate how the partnership is working.
