After Thalapathy Vijay, Dhanush to enter politics? Internet buzzes actor's viral speech over…
Dhanush's latest speech urging fans to focus on public welfare has sparked fresh speculation about his possible entry into politics, though the actor has made no official announcement.
Tamil actor Dhanush has built a successful career as an actor, director, producer and singer. Now, a speech he delivered at a fan-organised blood donation camp has sparked fresh speculation that he could be preparing to enter politics. Although Dhanush did not make any political announcement, his message about using fan power for public welfare has caught everyone’s attention. What Did Dhanush Tell His Fans?Speaking at the event on Sunday, Dhanush encouraged his fans to use their unity for social service instead of limiting it to film celebrations. He said that thousands of fans coming together showed the strength of their unity and urged them to use that strength for a meaningful purpose. Dhanush asked his supporters to take part in welfare activities, help people in their local communities and support families in need. He added that such work would make him even prouder of his fans than their support for his films. Why Are Fans Linking His Speech to Politics?Soon after videos of the speech surfaced online, social media was flooded with posts comparing Dhanush’s words to Thalapathy Vijay’s speeches before he officially entered politics. Many users pointed out similarities in Dhanush’s tone and body language, with some saying it reminded them of Vijay’s Leo audio launch speech. Others claimed that encouraging welfare work is often seen as the first step before launching a political movement. Several fans even predicted that Dhanush could eventually start his own political party, though there is no official confirmation from the actor. Have These Rumours Come Up Before? This is not the first time Dhanush has been linked with politics. Earlier this year, his father, filmmaker Kasthuri Raja, was asked whether Dhanush planned to enter politics. He gave a brief reply, saying that if Dhanush wanted to start a political party, he would do so, and if not, he wouldn’t. However, director and fan club member Subramaniam Siva dismissed the claims, explaining that the flag has been used by Dhanush’s fans for nearly 15 years during celebrations and public events. Has Dhanush Confirmed Anything? As of now, Dhanush has neither confirmed nor denied reports about entering politics. The speculation has grown following Vijay’s successful political journey in Tamil Nadu, with many wondering whether other popular stars could take a similar path. However, until Dhanush makes an official announcement, the rumours remain speculation.
