A popular AEW star has recently revealed that they have been diagnosed with a major disorder. They shared their story on social media in hopes of spreading awareness and connecting with others going through something similar. Julia Hart, at age 24, has already cemented herself as a top figure in the women's division. She is a former TBS Champion and has already shared the ring with the top names on the roster. Hart is currently one-third of the Triangle of Madness. A few weeks ago, she took to TikTok and revealed that she had been diagnosed with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) a few months ago. She talked about her condition and how no one else was talking about this. Cleveland Clinicdescribes this as a disorder that does not stem from body image but from fear and anxiety about food or the consequences of eating, such as choking. “I just wanted to come on here and bring some awareness to ARFID disorder because I got diagnosed with ARFID in November and I just wanted to know if anyone else is going through that because I see a lot of people talking about anorexia, bulimia, and binging, but I don’t see anyone talking about ARFID and I’m like, am I the only one here? Like, who else is going through this? How are they dealing with it?”Julia Hart wanted to raise awareness about the condition, and she wondered if there were others on the platform who were going through a similar situation to hers. “I feel like through therapy the past few months I’ve really understood where my triggers come in and what has made my brain think this way. So I just wonder if anyone else is kind of going through the same thing and what they’re doing to help themselves.
