The context is stakeholder-rich and often involves close collaboration between business teams, operations, risk, compliance, technology and external partners. Projects may include process improvements, regulatory or operational change, service optimisation and cross-functional delivery initiatives. Your Tasks• Coordinate business projects from scope definition to implementation. • Translate business objectives into clear plans, actions and deliverables. • Align stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance and IT. • Monitor planning, risks, issues, dependencies, budget and quality. • Facilitate workshops, project meetings and decision-making moments. • Prepare clear reporting for sponsors, management and project teams. • Support change, communication and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
