The sessions allow people to engage with a personal or career coach from Ignite’s nationwide network, giving them dedicated time to talk through whatever’s on their mind, whether that’s a big life change, a work challenge, or simply making sense of the year so far. Bookings are open between 6 and 12 July using the code matariki26, with one session available per person while spots last. This year’s national Matariki theme is Matariki Herenga Waka, a mooring place for all canoes, reflecting on the idea of many waka finding safe anchorage together. “Matariki is about coming together to reflect on the year that’s passed, appreciate what we have now, and look ahead with intention,” said Gina Nonumalo, Head of Delivery at Ignite. “Offering these sessions is our way of putting manaakitanga into action.
