CRCHC has been a healthcare provider for individuals and families across Cabarrus, Rowan and Mecklenburg counties for decades. According to a release, the transition to AxcessPointe Health System “reflects the organization’s evolution, expanded services and vision for the future” while preserving relationships, providers and care experiences patients have come to know. “This transition represents the next step in our journey as a healthcare organization,” said CEO Don Holloman. “While our name is changing to AxcessPointe Health System, our purpose remains unchanged. We will continue providing compassionate, affordable care while finding new ways to better serve the needs of our patients and communities. ”The AxcessPointe Health System name reflects a unified identity built around collaboration, innovation and a forward-thinking approach to healthcare. This evolution allows the organization to strengthen partnerships, enhance services and continue creating opportunities for patients to receive the care they need close to home. “Healthcare is constantly changing, and we must continue to grow alongside the people we serve,” Holloman said. “This new chapter positions us to expand our reach, build stronger connections and continue delivering the quality care our patients deserve. ”Patients can expect a smooth transition as the new brand is introduced across locations, communications and community initiatives. The organization’s providers, care teams, locations and services will remain the same for continuity purposes for the patients and families who use CRCHC. The release noted that as AxcessPointe Health System, the organization will continue offering comprehensive healthcare services, including primary care, dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy services and additional programs designed to support the overall health and well-being of those it serves. “The name may be new, but the mission remains the same,” the release said. “Our mission is to positively impact the health of our community, one patient at a time. ”
