Africa DaysAfrica Days 2026 is a space for dialogue, exchange and co-creation that shines a light on the realities, aspirations and transformative forces shaping the African continent today. Moving beyond outdated narratives, the event highlights the contributions of young people, workers, civil society actors, cultural voices and diaspora communities driving social, economic and democratic change. The Socialists and Democrats are kicking off their sixth edition of Africa Days. A fully-fledged two-day event dedicated to EU-Africa relations bringing together leading progressive politicians and representatives from governments, trade unions and the civil society who will join us from 30 June to 1 July, to discuss and outline our common future. The Africa Days provide a space for genuine dialogue on the future of cooperation between the two continents, recognising African partners as political, economic and social actors with their own priorities, solutions and aspirations. Together, participants will address shared challenges such as economic and social empowerment, tax justice, financial system reforms or green industrialisation.
