His individual practice has grown to more than $1 million in revenue in 10 years, and his team will surpass $5 million in revenue this year. He’s personally responsible for $240 million in assets under management and $350 million in assets under advisory. Rodgers was named a 2025 ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Award winner for Next-Gen Rising Star, which spotlights emerging leaders shaping the future of wealth management. He was 49 Financial’s financial producer of the year in 2022, 2024 and 2025. From Lowell, Rodgers “always wanted to be in financial planning,” so he graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with a degree in finance investments. He was with JCPenney in Dallas in financial planning for two years before joining 49 Financial and helping launch their Austin, Texas, office. He chose 49 Financial because “few companies have great programs in developing newer talent to be great financial planners, and 49 Financial was doing it. ”He came to Northwest Arkansas to launch the Rogers office. Since then, he’s been part of two more launches in Overland Park, Kan. , and Minneapolis. He was promoted to his current role in 2024. “One of the main things I do is help develop new, not only advisers, but leaders that ultimately launch new markets and offices across the country,” he said. 49 Financial’s goal is to have one thousand productive advisers around the country, and Rodgers’ goal is to have 250 throughout the Midwest under his leadership. Active at New Heights Church Bentonville, Rodgers enjoys pickleball and time with his wife and two children. Related
