LTM partners with Glean to help enterprises scale AI with trusted business knowledge

MUMBAI: AI may be getting smarter, but only if it knows where to look. LTM has entered into a strategic partnership with Glean to help large enterprises overcome one of the biggest hurdles to AI adoption: fragmented business knowledge spread across multiple applications, systems and workflows. The collaboration will combine LTM’s BlueVerse agentic AI ecosystem with Glean’s enterprise AI platform, enabling organisations to build a trusted knowledge foundation for AI applications. The companies said the partnership is designed to improve productivity, accelerate decision-making and support enterprise-wide AI deployments while maintaining governance, security and compliance. As enterprises move beyond pilot projects to production-scale AI deployments, the partnership aims to provide employees with secure, permission-aware access to information spread across collaboration tools, enterprise applications, IT systems, ERP platforms and cloud environments. Glean’s enterprise knowledge graph, AI-powered search, assistants and agents will work alongside LTM’s AI capabilities to help organisations retrieve information, automate workflows and deliver more accurate responses based on enterprise context. The joint offering is expected to support AI deployments across functions including IT support, enterprise knowledge management and enterprise application operations. The companies said it will be particularly relevant for highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, insurance and manufacturing, where governance and compliance remain critical requirements. “AI will deliver its greatest impact when it can access the full context of an enterprise and seamlessly connect people, knowledge, and workflows,” LTM chief executive officer and managing director Venu Lambu said. “Our partnership with Glean strengthens LTM’s AI-led transformation portfolio and complements our BlueVerse AI ecosystem by helping organizations unlock intelligence across their enterprise systems while maintaining governance, security, and compliance,” he added. The companies said Glean’s platform is designed to complement existing AI investments, including Microsoft Copilot, by acting as an open intelligence layer that connects information across both Microsoft and non-Microsoft environments without compromising enterprise security controls. “Large enterprises want AI that can do more than answer questions. They need AI that understands their business, respects their governance requirements, and helps employees take action across the systems they use every day,” Glean president and chief operating officer Amar Maletira said. He added that combining Glean’s enterprise context layer with LTM’s industry expertise and BlueVerse ecosystem would help customers move from disconnected data and tools to measurable business outcomes. According to the companies, the partnership is expected to deliver benefits including faster incident resolution, improved employee productivity, lower support costs, quicker employee onboarding, enhanced enterprise search capabilities and more efficient application support. With enterprises increasingly seeking practical AI deployments rather than standalone chatbots, the LTM-Glean alliance reflects a broader shift towards AI systems that are grounded in trusted enterprise data and capable of delivering measurable business outcomes across complex digital environments.
