Pre-registration opens for PCHi China 2027

Pre-registration is open for the 2027 edition of Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients (PCHi) trade show, which takes place on 24–26 February in Guangzhou, China. The2027 edition will span seven China Import and Export Fair Complex exhibition hallsof ingredient and formulation innovation, alongside the PCHi Annual Industry Conference and the PCHi Fountain Awards. As the world's largest cosmetics ingredients exhibition, PCHi returns as the first major industry gathering of the year, bringing together formulators, brand owners, R&D professionals, regulatory affairs specialists, buyers, and solution providers from across China and Asia-Pacific. This edition builds on a 2026 show that drew more than 50,000 trade professionals and over 860 exhibitors from 72 countries and regions. At the 2026 edition, R&D professionals made up the largest share of visitors (28. 7%), followed by marketing (23. 3%), senior management (19. 6%), and purchasing and procurement (14. 4%). China's regulatory and consumer landscape continues to shape global personal care innovation, and PCHi is where that shift plays out most directly for the industry. Consumers are increasingly willing to pay for that shift: Euromonitor International's 2026 Global Consumer Trends report found that 49% of consumers would pay at least 10% more for premium beauty products with a scientific formulation, and retail sales of dermocosmetics posted a double-digit compound annual growth rate in every region from 2020 to 2024. Brands are responding by asking suppliers and formulators to support claims with mechanisms, biological target, and clinical validation, rather than concentration alone. PCHi's exhibition floor, conference sessions, and technical forums give visitors a direct line into how suppliers across the value chain are responding to that shift, making early visibility into the market valuable for buyers and formulators worldwide. "The industry has moved past listing what's in a formula — brands, regulators, and consumers all want to know how and why it works,” said a spokeswoman for show organiser Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions. “PCHi is where that conversation happens across the full value chain, bringing formulators, suppliers, and researchers together to work through what evidence-based innovation looks like in practice," she added. Visitors can pre-register nowhere.
