Resolysthas been named as the winner of this year’sHLTH Europe startup pitch competition, marking a major milestone for the early-stage healthtech company. Founded by Molly Gilmartin, a Doctor and Venture Partner atAlbionVC, the company is building a new model of specialty care to support patients with chronic conditions. Resolyst’s “intelligence layer” will connect multidisciplinary care teams to emerging research, enhancing the management of complex chronic conditions between appointments. This approach aligns with broader shifts in healthcare, ensuring care is ongoing and proactive. This patient-centred approach resonated strongly with judges at HLTH Europe. The company was awarded €30,000 during a main stage presentation, after being selected from a group of 10 finalists, which was made up of companies from across Europe. With $3 million already raised in pre-seed funding and backing from firms includingSeedcamp,AlbionVCandCalm/Storm Ventures, Resolyst is now focused on growing its model for complex chronic conditions.
