The upgraded range comprises five models with nominal throughput capacities ranging from 150 to 1160 tonnes per hour and motor power ratings from 110kW to 200kW. According to Sandvik, the updated portfolio provides a consistent approach across the range while allowing operators to select equipment suited to their production requirements. Sandvik Rock Processing product manager for jaw, gyratory and impact crushers Martin Johansson said the upgraded range allows it to offer primary crushing solutions that deliver even more reliable performance, improved efficiency and consistent results. “By focusing on safe operation, ease of use and consistent productivity, we are delivering solutions that are more intuitive, reliable and better suited to the needs of our customers,”he said. “These upgrades confirm that our development efforts are well aligned with market expectations. ”The company said the upgrades focus on three key areas for processing plant operators: safer operation, improved ease of use and consistent productivity. New features include a hydraulic wedge-setting system, a synchronised retraction arrangement, and the ACS-j control system, which are designed to simplify crusher setting and control while reducing manual intervention and operator exposure. Sandvik said the updated design also improves visibility of critical operating parameters and simplifies adjustment procedures, helping operators achieve more predictable performance and greater equipment availability. The company added that customer feedback during development highlighted the value of safer workflows, improved usability and greater operational transparency. The complete jaw crusher range delivers consistent performance across primary crushing applications, helping reduce downtime and support stable productivity.
