The photo is black and white and shows Biles in what appears to be a medical office, wearing a hair net and a hospital gown. In photos shared throughout June and July, she hosted a pajama party with her closest girlfriends and attended parties with Owens. Their most recent appearance together was at the ESPYS, hosted in New York earlier this month. The couple got married in April 2023, after dating since 2020. They are enjoying Owens' time off.
