ResponsibilitiesSuccessful learners will attend all theoretical training sessions facilitated by the training provider. Learners will complete assessments, assignments and a Portfolio of Evidence in line with W&RSETA requirements. Learners will perform workplace duties related to retail operations. These duties may include assisting customers and delivering basic customer service. Learners may assist with merchandising and replenishing stock. Learners may support point-of-sale operations where applicable. Learners will help maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
