Bijalwan joined Voltas in January 2025 as CMO and Head of Marketing. She moved into the Business Head role in August 2026New UpdatePragya BijalwanListen to this article0. 75x1x1. 5x00:00/00:00New Delhi: Voltas elevated Pragya Bijalwan as Business Head, Home Comfort Products, moving her into a broader business leadership role after she led the company’s marketing function. Bijalwan announced the move in a LinkedIn post, saying her stint leading marketing at Voltas had come to an end as she took charge of the Home Comfort Products business. “A special chapter comes to an end and a new one begins. After an enriching journey leading Marketing at Voltas, I'm humbled and excited to take on the role of Business Head - Home Comfort Products,” she wrote. Bijalwan joined Voltas in January 2025 as CMO and Head of Marketing. She moved into the Business Head role in August 2026. Before joining Voltas, Bijalwan worked at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals for nearly four years as Vice President, Marketing and CMO. Prior to Crompton, Bijalwan spent more than four years at Castrol, where she served as General Manager, Marketing. Earlier in her career, she spent several years with AkzoNobel across product and marketing roles. She began her professional career with HPCL, where she worked as Senior Sales Officer. Bijalwan completed an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, between 2002 and 2004. She earlier completed her B. Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
