Watch: Over 190,000 Services Delivered At Ċensu Moran Health Centre, Says Ian Borg

د . إAEDSRر . سHealth Minister Ian Borg has hailed the success of the Ċensu Moran Regional Health Centre, revealing that it has delivered more than 190,000 services since opening. Sharing the milestone on social media, Borg described the centre as a successful model for community healthcare and announced that the government is now looking to bring the same approach to northern Malta. “Over 190,000 services delivered at the Ċensu Moran Regional Health Centre. Next, we’re bringing this successful model to northern Malta,” he wrote. The Ċensu Moran Regional Health Centre was designed to bring a wide range of healthcare services closer to patients, reducing pressure on Mater Dei Hospital while making care more accessible within the community. Borg’s announcement signals the government’s intention to expand the regional health centre model, with a similar facility planned for the north of the island as part of ongoing investment in Malta’s healthcare infrastructure.
