New UpdateDigital and influencer marketing agency Wirality has appointedKeerthi Kumar. Ras Head of Business. He carries experience across digital, integrated and account management roles. Kumar. R announced the move in a LinkedInpost, where he outlined his vision for the agency and reflected on his career across several advertising and marketing firms. Before joining Wirality, Kumar. R served as Business Head at SW Network (Sociowash). He has also held leadership positions at Leo Burnett India, FoxyMoron, Dentsu Webchutney and HealthCare Global. Over the course of his career, he has worked across account management, business development, digital strategy and client leadership roles, managing brands in sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, media and technology. In his post, Kumar. Referenced his experiences at Dentsu Webchutney, Zoo Media and Leo Burnett, saying they shaped his views on the future of agencies. In the post announcing the move, Kumar. R wrote, “I've spent 15 years watching the Indian advertising industry evolve. At Webchutney I saw what happens when technology and culture collide at exactly the right moment. At Zoo Media I worked inside what real integration looks like when it actually functions. At Leo Burnett I watched what a fully adapted agency looks like when the thinking never stands still. "He added, “Each of those places taught me something. And the clearest thing they taught me is this - the agencies that win tomorrow are not the biggest ones. They are the most purposeful ones. ”Kumar. R said brands are increasingly seeking leaner and more accountable agency partnerships. “The world is moving toward leaner, faster, more accountable partnerships. Brands want impact they can point to, not scope they have to manage. The fractional CMO isn't an anomaly. It's a signal of where things are headed,” he wrote. Commenting on his new role, Kumar. R said, “Wirality is being built for exactly that world. Compact but commendable. Efficient but never small in thinking. An agency where culture and modern ways of working come together to deliver ideas that move people and impact you can measure. Not defined by how big the team is but by how sharp the work is. ”“That's the agency I'm going to help build. Alongside a founder in Saanand Warrier, and a COO Karan Verma who saw this coming and a creative leader in Sourya Bhattacharjee who knows how to make ideas land,” he added.
