TheMinistry of Hajj and Umrahhas introduced a newmultiple-entry Umrah visathat allows visitors to enter Saudi Arabia multiple times within a365-day validity periodfrom the date of issuance. The visa permits a cumulative stay of up to90 daysacross all visits. The initiative supports the objectives ofSaudi Vision 2030and thePilgrim Experience Program, aimed at simplifying travel procedures, improving accessibility for visitors, and enhancing the overall experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers. Under the new system, visitors must obtain a service package from an approved provider through theNusuk platformfor each visit. The duration of the package must not exceed the remaining period available under the visa. Visitors are also required to secure anUmrah permit through the Nusuk applicationbefore arriving in the Kingdom. The ministry clarified that the visa will be temporarily deactivated after each departure from Saudi Arabia and reactivated once all required regulatory conditions are fulfilled for a subsequent visit. The visa will not be available for use during the annual Hajj season, from1 Dhu Al-Qi’dah until 13 Dhu Al-Hijjah. According to the ministry, the new visa option provides greater flexibility for visitors while strengthening the integration of digital services and operational solutions across the entire pilgrim journey, contributing to a more efficient and seamless Umrah experience.
